Senior Project Director Jacob Pieredes and Project Director Gregg Ronzo managed the construction of the new 450,000 square foot Cornell Medical Center building in the heart of NYC.
The build includes laboratory systems with tracking VAV boxes for exhaust and supply, bag in bag out filtration, vivarium exhaust systems, generator silencers, fume hood exhaust, and cannon fans.
