Senior Project Director, Jacob Pieredes, managed the new construction of the 17 story, 730,000 square foot New York-Presbyterian Hospital located on the West side of York Avenue and 68th Street.
Jacob and his team will build three machine rooms on the floor levels above the ACC program levels and five shell floors above to house a future woman’s inpatient hospital. The structural frame consists of a steel frame with concrete decks and an exterior wall, constructed primarily of an aluminum and glass curtain wall system.
