At 11 Times Square PJ Mechanical’s Vice President Pat Cesare and Project Director Greg Ronzo completed a 14 floor buildout for client Proskauer Rose.
The massive project included installing the base building air system, IT room units, IDF room units, Mammoth units for the kitchen and dining floor and the conference center, and the kitchen and dishwasher exhaust systems.
