Senior Project Director Joe Ronzo managed the $20 million project with the assistance of his managers Neil Nathan and Gregg Ronzo.
Working with more than 800,000 square feet of floor space, P.J. Mechanical's team built an under-floor air distribution system. Usually designed solely for computer rooms, this ambitious and revolutionary system was installed throughout the entire building. P.J. Mechanical is proud to be part of this impressive new addition to the New York City skyline.
