Renovations to the landmark Plaza Hotel is one of the most complex projects that P.J. Mechanical has undertaken. Senior Project Director Jacob Pierides and his team developed a new interior for the historic building while maintaining the hotel’s intricately designed and captivating French Renaissance facade.
Working on a fast-track schedule, the $10 million project involved high-end finishes and a level of engineering complexity one would expect in a landmark retrofit, particularly one as prominent as the Plaza Hotel.
