Senior Project Director Louis Maffettone and his team are working on a new facility encompassing more than 365,000 square feet and ten floors of laboratory space dedicated to research, including wet laboratory space, core facilities, a new vivarium, conference spaces, and public amenities in an expansive, integrated environment.
The Science Building will serve as the centerpiece of NYU Langone’s transformation at the southernmost end of the main campus. It will provide a prominent new gateway to research and education on campus.
